ViscoTech

ViscoTech 0025 is our original formulation and is still one of our most popular materials. This versatile non-melting grease is used in a variety of applications from sports equipment to automotive OEM products. The wide operating temperature range gives excellent results when used on gears and hardware mechanisms having a low temperature torque requirement.

ViscoTech 1407EP is a mineral oil based grease utilizing a lithium soap thickening system. The medium viscosity base oil provides great wear resistance and good cold temperature capabilities. It is a medium consistency and ideally suited for metal and plastic lubrication. This product also contains an extreme pressure additive.

ViscoTech 1407G is an all-purpose mineral grease thickened with lithium soap. The medium viscosity base oil provides good wear resistance and good cold temperature capabilities. This grease is fortified with additives to help it stay in place and possess low oil separation and very good shear stability. Ideally suited for plastic and metal gear systems.

ViscoTech 1407H is a synthetic blend grease utilizing a lithium soap thickening system. The medium viscosity base oil provides great wear resistance and excellent cold temperature capabilities. It is a medium consistency and ideally suited for metal and plastic lubrication.

ViscoTech 1407M is an all-purpose mineral grease thickened with lithium soap. The medium viscosity base oil provides good wear resistance and good cold temperature capabilities. This grease is fortified with additives to help it stay in place and possess low oil separation characteristics. Ideally suited for plastic and metal gear systems.

ViscoTech 1800 is a mineral oil based grease fortified with additives to promote extreme pressure, anti-wear, oxidation resistance, and corrosion protection.

ViscoTech 2118 is made with a light mineral oil and a Bentone clay thickening system. It also contains PTFE for good low friction behavior. A good all-purpose grease with decent water resistance and low bleed characteristics.

ViscoTech 2118-2 is a medium consistency grease made with a light mineral oil and a Bentone clay thickening system. It also contains PTFE for good low friction behavior. A good all-purpose grease with decent water resistance and low bleed characteristics.

ViscoTech 2945 is a premium lithium complex thickened grease. This multi-purpose lubricant has a high dropping point in excess of 260C to ensure retention in high temperature conditions. This product was developed with a special additive package to provide high film strength, along with anti-wear and extreme pressure (EP) properties. High quality virgin base fluids provide natural resistance to oxidation. This combined with specialanti-oxidant and corrosion inhibitors provide excellent stability under storage and extreme service conditions. Applications Include:

ViscoTech 3125 is a lithium combination-type grease modified with PTFE. It contains non-corrosive and extreme pressure additives and is water resistant. The light viscosity oil makes this grease ideal for many types of high-speed applications where fluid-friction must be kept to a minimum.

ViscoTech B6019 is a bentone-thickened grease formulated with virgin paraffinic base oils. It contains additives to improve extreme pressure and antiwear as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors.

ViscoTech B6023 is a heavy-duty, multi-purpose lubricant enhanced with Molybdenum Disulfide and graphite for applications that demand a long-lasting, tenacious, adhesive film. This superior film provides protection against water, salt brine, rust, and corrosive contaminants.

ViscoTech B6055-1 is a calcium sulfonate complex grease that exhibits excellent mechanical stability, high dropping point, excellent resistance to water washout and ferrous corrosion.

ViscoTech R174 is a lithium-based grease utilizing very light viscosity mineral oil and PTFE. Because of the outstanding aniline point of the base oil, this material offers excellent compatibility with most polymer and elastomer materials. The low temperature characteristics of the material will give superior low torque start up. It also provides oxidation resistance over a wide temperature range and is water resistant.

ViscoTech R174B is a lithium-based grease utilizing very light viscosity mineral oil and PTFE. ViscoTech R265 is a lithium-based grease utilizing very light viscosity mineral oil.  The low temperature characteristics of the material will give superior low torque start up. It also provides oxidation resistance over a wide temperature range and is water resistant.

ViscoTech R333 product contains PTFE and is a non-melting grease that operates over a wide temperature range. Originally developed for use in extreme pressure sliding applications, it has also been successfully used in automotive mechanisms requiring low coefficient of friction. This material can be used on gears, slides, bearings and cams.

ViscoTech R342 was originally developed for applications requiring high film strength and low torque or power reduction over a temperature range of -51C to +149C. This product is an extreme pressure, polymer-type lubricant containing PTFE and a lithium 12 hydroxystearate thickener. It is a shear stable, multi-functional grease used in plain and anti-friction bearings, gears, cams and slides.

This PTFE-filled polymer-type lubricant is designed for use in applications where the material is subjected to heavy pressure and/or shock loads. The polymer additive will provide a tough adhesive film giving a barrier to help reduce wear, while the PTFE gives an improved EP package along with improved anti-friction characteristics.

ViscoTech R400 is a PTFE-filled, lithium combination type grease containing non-corrosive and EP additives. The organic phosphate additive is absorbed on metal surfaces forming a tenacious film. This material is water resistant, and to a large part, it is also resistant to most other types of contamination. The light viscosity oil makes this grease ideal for many types of high-speed applications where fluid friction must be kept to a minimum.

This PTFE-filled material was originally developed for automotive use. It is a lithium combination thickened grease and has excellent low bleed characteristics. ViscoTech R410 contains EP additives along with corrosion inhibitors and is used in many heavy load sliding and rotating applications.

ViscoTech TEK511 is a lithium combination-type grease. It contains non-corrosive and extreme pressure additives, and it has an ASTM Dropping Point in excess of 205C. ViscoTech TEK511 is water resistant and, to a large part, it is also resistant to most other types of contamination. The light viscosity oil makes this grease ideal for many types of high-speed applications where fluid-friction must be kept to a minimum. This material is very well suited for compatibility with a wide range of plastic materials.

ViscoTech TEK515 is a non-melting grease that operates over a wide temperature range. Originally developed for use in extreme pressure sliding applications, it has also been successfully used in automotive mechanisms requiring low coefficient of friction. ViscoTech TEK515 Lubricant can be used on gears, slides, bearings and cams.

ViscoTech TEK553 is a petroleum based aluminum complex thickened grease with outstanding high temperature and water spray resistant properties containing solid lubricant additives including zinc oxide.

ViscoTech TEK578 is a calcium-thickened grease containing rust and oxidation inhibitors was developed for low temperature requirements. The operating range of -46C to 107C makes this an excellent lubricant for a wide range of applications. Meets Ford Motor Company specification WSB-M1C163-D.

ViscoTech TEK662 was specifically developed for use in heavy-duty applications. This product has proven to be extremely efficient in applications for Heavy Duty Truck Brake Systems. It provides excellent water washout protection and long wheel bearing life.

ViscoTech TEK678 is a calcium sulfonate complex grease that exhibits excellent mechanical stability, high dropping point, high load carrying ability, low wear, excellent resistance to water washout and ferrous corrosion.
