UltraSil

UltraSil 1016 is a silicone dampening grease prepared from a polytetrafluoroethylene thickening agent.

UltraSil 1025 is a silicone compound designed to seal out moisture and prevent corrosion of electrical contacts. It is fortified with zinc oxide for good thermal conduction and reduced oil separation and has excellent dielectric strength.

UltraSil 1101 is a silicone dampening grease prepared from polytetrafluoroethylene thickening agent. This grease is useful for plastic on plastic or plastic on metal applications and was formulated for use in window regulators. This grease provides effective dampening at high and low temperatures and has excellent with most plastics and elsatomers. The formulation allows for lower cost than other PTFE thickened dampening greases.

UltraSil 1113 is a silicone grease prepared from special lithium thickening agent and fortified with polytetrafluoroethylene thickening agent for improved lubricity. UltraSil 808 is a Molybdenum Disulfide fortified silicone grease for use in lightly loaded, high temperature bearing applications. It features outstanding water washout resistance, low volatility, and a high dropping point. Like other silicone lubricants, it is compatible with most plastics and elastomers.

UltraSil 809 is an effective silicone dampening grease formulated with polytetrafluoroethylene solids for added lubricity. UltraSil 810 is a soft, high viscosity silicone grease. It is good for metal on plastic, plastic on plastic, or lightly loaded metal on metal contacts. This grease works on slides, cables, and other applications that require a thick film. UltraSil 810 is better able to prevent intrusion of wind blow dust into mechanism than most conventional greases.
